Private by default

Your screenshot and verdict are private by default. TextVerdict does not place a case in a community or jury view unless you separately choose to create and submit a redacted case summary for that purpose.

Redaction before analysis

TextVerdict attempts to redact names, phone numbers, email addresses, faces, and other obvious identifying details before analysis. Automated redaction can miss details, so review the preview and remove anything you do not want analyzed.

Retention and deletion

Original screenshots and temporary processing artifacts are deleted after a verdict unless you explicitly choose an available save option. A saved verdict is limited to the structured result needed for that feature. Original screenshots are not included with saved verdicts.

Fictional demo

The TextVerdict demo uses fictional conversation content and prewritten output. It is not analysis of a real person, does not use a real upload, and does not create a real payment or entitlement.

Payments and account access

Checkout, payment processing, and entitlement updates are handled through the existing platform flow. TextVerdict does not collect card details in the app. Verdict access updates after the platform confirms the relevant order or subscription lifecycle.

First-party attribution and referrals

TextVerdict may store first-party campaign information from a link, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and a referral code. This attribution is limited to helping us understand how the service is reached and to administer a referral. It does not include screenshot pixels, message bodies, names, faces, phone numbers, or case identifiers.

A generic share card can be copied only when you choose that action. It contains generic TextVerdict wording, not your conversation, screenshot, verdict details, or account identifiers.

Referral reward safeguards

A referral can become eligible only after the referred customer's first successful paid purchase. If eligible, the referrer receives one verdict credit once. TextVerdict blocks self-referrals, duplicate claims, duplicate rewards, and referral loops.
